Review

The Amazon Basics Yoga Mat is constructed from NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber), providing a lightweight and durable foam surface [S1]. This specific model features an extra-thick 12mm cushion designed for enhanced comfort [S1]. The textured surface is engineered to increase grip and prevent slipping during movements or poses [S1]. Measuring approximately 188 x 61 cm, it includes a carry strap for convenient transport and storage [S1]. Maintenance is limited to hand washing only [S1]. Potential buyers should note a slight discrepancy in the provided specifications: while features list it as 12mm, the technical dimensions specify a thickness of 1.3cm (13mm) [S1]. As there are no independent performance tests provided, users should verify if NBR foam meets their specific training requirements [S1].
